Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please send proof of purchase along with any photos to william@hiwestfoods.com

Return window is 14 from delivery of product and it must be unopened.  Refund will be issued within 7 days.
