Hands down, the best turkey ever. And so easy. Rub the turkey, let set in the fridge for an hour, stick it in the over @ 425F, cook to 160F. The salt in the rub turns the skin into a moisture tent, retaining all the moisture it can hold. The flavor is divine. If this isn't on your bucket list, you are missing out big time. Works with chicken too.
Great on grilled steaks, chops, burgers, and roasted Game hens.
